Winter is a cold season where you need to keep yourself strong and healthy. In winter many of us easily fall into sickness or flue such as cold, cough, fever and other problems such as the face, feet, skin crack and dry. 1) Ginger- Ginger is rich in antioxidants and works as an effective antibiotic. Ginger increases the blood circulation. It also gives a great way to boost and give immune system by reducing free radical in the body.Ginger reduce arthritis and inflammation symptoms which get worse in winter months. Also helps to improve the digestion and normalize sugar levels and also helps in weight loss.Include ginger in daily food or you can drink it by adding ginger and honey in a hot water.

2) Turmeric- Turmeric is the queen of spice. It is one of the main ingredients in Indian daily cuisine. Turmeric is one of the highest antioxidant levels which help to boost the immune system. 8) Broccoli-  Broccoli highly rich in Fiber, Vitamin C, folate, beta-carotene and potassium.It is an antioxidant in rich in vitamins and minerals.
