Winter face care tips

Winter is cold and it required lots of caring for your skin. During winter season our skin is dry, itchy and cracks appear on the face. Glowing and flawless skin helps your skin to stay healthy and beautiful. Dry winds in winter make your skin dull, dark and complicated. Little caring for your skin and little change in your skincare daily routine will give you a winter flawless skin. In winter lots of face moisturizer is essential.


Best six tips for winter skin.

1) Cleanse your face twice a day- Over cleansing also makes your skin dry. Therefore only two times cleanse is sufficient in winter. In case if you want to wash your face 3 or more times a day, you can use wet tissue for a face. Try to use a cleanser which involves natural moisturizer such as honey, buttermilk, moisturizer oil, etc. Or else you can use a cold milk, rice water or cold green tea as a cleanser.

2) Face Scrub- As the face dries up exfoliation is very much required as it helps to remove dead skin cells.Over scrubbing may result in irritation or redness of your skin.  2-3 times of face scrub is sufficient. For the scrub, you can use a coffee, oats, Besan or rice powder.

3) Oil face massage- Face massage helps to improve your blood circulation and brings fresh oxygen to the cells and tissues that help to rejuvenate your skin. But in face massage, it very much important to use an organic and pure oil. Oil such as Sweet Armond oil, Olive oil, Coconut oil, etc.

4) Face pack- Face pack helps to improve suntan, blemishes, pimples, pigmentation, etc. It will keep your skin clean and healthy. Face pack that you can use are a ripe banana, papaya, yogurt, honey, milk, Multani mitti, cucumber etc.

5) Face serum- Face serum helps to brighten your skin. It penetrates deeper into your skin. A serum is required to include daily in your skincare routine.

6) Moisturizer- In winter moisturizer is one of the most essential things that you should be concerned about. Choose right and good face moisturizer is important. If possible try to stick to a natural moisturizer. Especially overnight moisturizer is very much required. Moisturizer with oil, aloe vera, glycerin, etc.
