How to grow your nails

Every girl is conscience about having a long and strong nail. Healthy and clean nails are very much essential.Weak nails break easily and it very difficult to grow. Due to negligence and improper care result in weak and unhealthy nails.Little care and simple home remedy will help you to have heather and clean nails.

1) Green Tea- Green tea has a rich source of anti-oxidant.It removes the stain which is yellowish in color. Which also helps to strengthen your nails.
Take a green tea bag and soak a green tea in hot water and let it green tea cool down and soak your nails for 10 minutes. Wipe it off with clean clothes and massage your nails with essential oils. Repeat it at least 2 times a week.

2) Vitamin E- It helps to keep your nails strong as has a moisturizing property which keeps you hydrated and healthy.
Massage your nails with Vitamin E oil and repeat this step if possible daily before bedtime.

3) Olive oil- Olive oil which is an excellent remedy for nails.Olive oil helps to moisturize your nails. As a result, it helps to get a strong and healthy nail.
Take a 2-3 teaspoon of olive oil and add a few drops of lemon juice and dap with cotton balls and apply it to your nails and leave it the whole night and wash it off in the morning.

4) Apple Cider Vinegar-  It has various nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, and iron which gives healthy nails.
Take a bowl and add few drops of unfiltered apple cider vinegar and water. Soak your nails for 10 minutes and pad it dry. Do this 2 times a week.

5) Beer- Beer which has a rich source of silicon. Silicon which helps to treat a weak nail.It has a potassium, selenium, and biotin which makes your nail healthy and strong.
Warm your essential oil and add one teaspoon of beer and apple cider vinegar and soak it for 10 minutes and pad it dry.
