Wash your hair in a right way!

Washing your hair is a part of healthy life. It will make you look clean and tidy. But doing it in a right way will make your hair more healthy and lively. Some people did not realize that they are washing their hair in a wrong way. Choosing a right shampoo and conditional to your hair is another important way to take care of your hair. Therefore, in order to know more about how to wash and care for your hair keep reading.

1) Oiling-
It is the first step to care for hair. Well, most of you do not have time for this, but if it is not possible to oil your hair at least once a week is a must for healthy hair. If your hairs very dry you can use an Alma oil and massage the oil into your hair 2-3 hours before washing it. It will help to balance your hair and also it will help to keep your hair moisturized, strong and untangled.

2) Brush out your hair-
It is very much important to brush out your hair as it will increase the blood circulation, open up your pores and reduce the buildup of oils in your hair, brush out the knots and tangles before washing your hair. This will also help you rinse out your hair easily, before shampooing it.

3) Rinse with water-
Rinse your hair thoroughly with a clean fresh warm water in which it needs to be prepped before you start shampooing it. Warm water encourages the pores on your scalp to open, loosens accumulated dirt or oily buildup and allows your hair to absorb any oil or conditioner that you've massaged into it.

4) Shampoo your hair-
Well, what shampoo to use is totally based on your hair? It depends on the type of hair you have. However, there are some things to keep in mind - for dry hair use a creamy shampoo or if your hair is delicate, choose a protein-based shampoo. Pour a shampoo to your palm and gently massage it into your roots, avoiding tight circular motions (this can weaken your hair). Make sure to wash the hair at the nape of your neck. Avoid scrubbing your hair - it doesn't clean out the dirt. A gentle massage will do that.

5) Rinse it back with warm water- After gently massaging your hair with the shampoo it is essential to wash your hair back with warm water and make sure that you rinse it properly.

6) Condition your hair-
After shampooing is important to condition your hair as well. As it will help to smooth it over your hair from mid-shaft to the tips of your hair. If your hair is a little unmanageable or gets tangled easily, use a leave-in conditioner after you have showered and shampooed your hair. It will manage and maintain your hair throughout the day and can be used if you shampoo your hair daily.

7) Rinse it again with cold water- This time use cold water to rinse your hair. While warm water opens your pores, cold water will keep them shut, sealing the conditioner and essential oils your hair needs. Doing this also helps your hair look shinier.

8) Squeeze out the water-
After shampooing and conditioning squeeze out the excess water from your hair. You can use a towel or your fingers (if you have short hair) to gently shake out the water. If you have long hair, squeeze your hair (not roughly!) from the midsection to the end.

9) Drying your hair- Well, you have enough time, it is much better to let your hair naturally without using any electronic device to dry your hair. Well if not then apply some serum to your hair and dry it with your hair dryer.

  • Concentrate shampoo toward the scalp, and condition just the mid-shaft to the ends of your hair.
