1) Sleep well- Do you know that proper rest and sleep can reduce your stress? Most of us do not care about sleeping schedule or do not get adequate sleep. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is very much important to get a proper relaxation to your mind and it will also reduce your stress level.Improper sleep can also lead to muscular cramps, puffy eyes and also reduces immunity. So, therefore sleep your way to good health and enjoy the stress-free life.

2) Eat healthy foods- Eating healthy food is very much important and it plays a very important role in maintaining good health.Drinking a cup of green tea or masala tea also rejuvenates your senses and reduces stress levels. Eat more fruits like blueberries, grapes, salmon and almonds that will help in combating your stress.

3) Positive thinking- Positive thinking also plays a very important role in combating stress.Positive thinking will help you to change your mindset. It may be a little difficult to think positive in a stressful situation, but believe it or not giving positive messages to your mind helps ease anxiety and helps you remain calm and happy.

4) Laugh out loud and smile- During stress, it is very much important to laugh. Laughter is the best medicine in old-age. 6) Don’t take things so personally- Part of what creates stress is thinking that what other do is something that is being done to us, or is a reflecting of us or our actions.

7) Take a deep breath- It is very much important to take a deep breath, as it gives us more confident and to move on. 

8) No social networking, cellphones- A good way to deal with stress is to disconnect yourself for a while. Give time to yourself, feel the fresh air and notice the difference.

9) Massage- Massage improves vascular function and helps in reducing stress. Massage your head with essential oils, known as relaxants and helps to soothe your mind and eliminate anxiety.

10) Meditation- Meditation helps you to relax your mind and your body. The best way to keep away from stress is by meditation. As per studies, daily 25 minutes of focused meditation drastically affects people’s ability to be resilient under stress.
