4) Baking soda- This another effective natural home remedy. It helps relieve itching by exfoliating the scalp and controlling dandruff caused by overactive fungi. Baking soda’s alkaline nature helps balance out the pH of your hair and to relieve itchiness.
How to use- Just make a paste with baking soda and water and rub onto your scalp. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it out.

5) Aloe Vera- Aloe vera is known to have many beneficial properties for the skin as well as for the scalp. Aloe vera contains anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties which help to give relief from the dryness.Its moisturizing properties, which may relieve excessive dryness and itching. The gel obtained from the aloe vera plant works in two ways its antibacterial properties prevent the growth of bacteria that cause scalp infections, and its cooling, soothing properties help prevent itching and burning of the scalp.If fresh aloe vera gel is not available, you can purchase the gel.
How to use- Just cut out a leaf of the aloe vera plant and extract the gel; apply it directly onto the scalp, leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse.
