Home remedies for gastric problem

Gas is another embarrassing health problem, faced by the people. The gastric problem has become a nagging problem to a maximum of people residing in the nation. Due to a gastric problem, even a very healthy person ends up with irritation and improper bowel movement. Gas is of two types, i.e. lower digestive gas and upper digestive gas. Lower digestive gas generates through the fermentation of food. It is passed out through the anus. The upper digestive gas is formed by swallowing air while drinking or eating. It is passed out through the mouth in the form of a burp. It can be trim down by bringing changes in the swallowing and chewing habits.

Home remedies are-

1) Drink plenty of water- Water is another very effective home remedy for gastric. Water is a wonderful remedy for removing gas as it will induce farting. This process will push gasses to the excretory tract and replenish the empty space. Drinking water stimulates the digestive system, helping our body to better digest and eliminate foods. Drink plenty of water every morning before your breakfast.

2) Apple cider vinegar- Apple cider vinegar, used in the treatment of indigestion, can also help with gas. It is another effective natural remedy for a number of health conditions. It gives instant relief from stomach gas and also helps you treat indigestion. Add 2-3 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water. Drink it daily for effective result. 

3) Asafoetida- This is another common effective spices used in many Asian kitchens to make the food not only tasty but also healthy. Asafoetida has protein, carbohydrate, fiber, iron, phosphorous, calcium, etc. It not only this, it is also effective in improving the immunity but also it is effective to treat diseases like influenza, asthma, cold and cough, and digestive problems. After taking your food take one glass of water add one pinch of asafoetida powder in it. Drink it daily.

4) Garlic- Garlic is one of the ingredients to cure the gastric problems. It is another best option for gastric. The pungent heating quality present in garlic helps stimulate the gastric fire and thus offers relief from stomach gas. Blend the garlic and boil it with the addition of black pepper seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds. Let them boil for a few minutes and extract the juice from it. Drink it regularly for two times a day. 

5) Baking soda and lemon juice- Baking soda (or sodium bicarbonate/bicarbonate of soda) is a common household ingredient that has many uses, one of them is the ability to cure stomach problems. It neutralizes the acid and works fast in giving relief from stomach problems like gas, bloating, upset stomach, GERD whereas lemon is a natural antihistamine and will reduce congestion. Very effective for all gastric problems, it helps to strengthen your immune system. The combination of baking soda and lemon juice helps to neutralize the stomach gas by digesting the food properly, acting as an effective antacid. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to a cup of cool water. Mix well. Drink this daily after meals.
