Skincare is one of the natural components of natural beauty. Having clear and beautiful skin is one of the most desire things that each and every person has. Everyone wishes for beautiful skin but nobody cares for it. For beautiful and healthy skin care is very important.

Tips for skin care are followed-

1) Drink plenty of every day - Keeping your body hydrated is very important. Drinking water will help to get rid of the body and skin of toxins. It is an essential component to remain healthy. Drinking water keeps your skin youthful and properly hydrated so it is less likely to dry out. It helps to build healthy muscle because it carries oxygen to the cells that build and strengthen muscle tissue.

2)  Having sound sleep - Getting proper sleep is very important at least 8 hours of sleep is a must. A good sleep may have good skin health and helps your in the body to make more stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol can lead to increase stress and inflammation in the body, hurting your skin’s quality. 

3) Proper diet- Eat more green vegetables, fruits, vitamins and protein in your diet.Diet includes vitamin C and is low in sugar and fats. To maintain healthy skin a low-sugar diet is important. Bland foods like oatmeal, rice, and applesauce will always work better.

4) Avoid stress- Stress is bad because it produces cortisol and other hormones that make your skin oily. Engage yourself in the activities that help you relax your nerves.

5) Exercise- Running, jogging, yoga is the best exercise to stay active and healthy for the radiant skin. Exercise improves your blood circulation and helps cleanse your body.

Steps for daily skin care

• Cleansing- It is very important to cleanse your face at least twice a day. Remove your makeup before you wash our face, especially if you wear makeup that cannot be removed by water.

• Exfoliating- Exfoliating your face regularly is very important. Exfoliate your face at least once a week to get rid of dead skin cells as well as the excess of oil and any dirt that makes your skin look dull.

• Toning- A toner is very important for those who have oily skin. Avoid using an alcohol-based toner because it eliminates all the oil from the surface of your facial skin.

• Moisturizing- How to take care of your face is to moisturize your face after cleansing it is one of the most important things to for everyone. Use it in the morning because it offers protection against dirt, pollutants, and dry and hot air and avoids using a moisturizer at night, though. Coconut oil is the only natural ingredient that works great for oily skin and leaves it healthy and smooth.

• Sun blocking- Direct exposure to UV rays can damage your skin over time, so it is important to protect your face from those harmful rays. Use good quality sunscreen cream and always wear it 20 minutes before going out to have fresh, healthy skin.
