The walnut is often known as the “Persian Walnut.” The walnut was first cultivated in California by the Franciscan Fathers in the late 1700s. Walnut is one of the very common ingredients in our daily life. Walnuts are really great for the skin and the body. They are highly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and a good source of protein. These walnuts have a reputation for being a high-calorie and high-fat food.
