How to remove blackheads naturally


Blackheads one of the most ugly thing in the world. They are small that is black and reddish-brown that are result of clogged skin pores. Oil accumulate and dead skin cells in the skin follicles, producing a bump called comedone. Blackheads are slightly raised but are not painful like pimples. Blackheads can also be know as the pimples, but they do not have skin over them. As there are no skin over them and exposed to the air and the top layer of gunk in pores oxidizes and as a result it turns into darkish black color.Blackheads are not caused by dirt. It occurs when the pores become clogged with excess sebum and dead skin cells. Scrubbing your face obsessively is not a good way to remove blackheads.

1) Baking soda
It is a good ingredient that treat blackheads as well as acne. It is an effective treatment and it clears the skin and the impurities such as dirt and debris. It is a natural way to remove any clogging from your skin pores. The antiseptic quality is a wonderful way of getting rid of blackheads. 
How to use- Take a baking soda and fresh water and mix it well and make a thick paste, but spreadable. Massage the paste using a circular motion into your skin. Now rinse thoroughly with fresh cold water. Or you can take a soft toothbrush and dip the toothbrush on the baking soda paste, then brush it slowly for 1-2 minutes. Wash off with cold water and pat dry your face and use a moisturizer. 

2)Lemon juice
Lemon juice is also one of the most effective way to remove blackheads. It is also known as the acne treatment and it is also used to remove blackheads. Lemon contains alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) citric acid and it is also a rich source in nutrients and vitamin C which can remove a dead skin and make a perfect unstopping clogged pores. It is an anti-oxidant and stimulates collagen production to improve skin health and reduce scarring from ace. It good for all skin types. For sensitive skin dilute the lemon juice in few drops of water to prevent irritation. 
How to use- A) Put a few drops of lemon juice and a honey and you can also add a little sugar and gently scrub a lemon on the area affected by blackheads and rinse it off after 10 minutes. Repeat this for twice a week. 
B) You can also mix the lemon juice with the rose water or milk and use it as a cleanser, do this every day for best result. 

3) Egg white
Egg white can tighten the pores from your face and it one the most easy mask that can be made at home quickly. It gives glow to your face after removing blackheads from your face. It is less dry and rich in many necessary nutrition. 
How to use- Break an egg into bowl and separate it from the yoke and apply to face and take a one thin piece of tissue paper/toilet paper and tap it to your face after applying egg to your face. And let it dry for 20 minutes and rinse it off with cold water. Repeat the process for 2-3 times a week. 

4)Tomatoes
Tomatoes is one of the wonderful thing that bring wonders to your skin. It removes tanning, pimples and more over remove blackheads when applied topically. It is one of the best remedies for tanning and blackheads. 
How to use- Take a tomato and crush and take out the juice and apply it to your face. Or just cut the tomato into two half and take the one site and apply directly to your face and massage in a circular form for 10 minutes for best result. Leave it for another 10 minutes and rinse it off. Do this 3 times a week. 

5)Steam
Steam is one of the most inexpensive and easiest way to do it inorder to remove blackheads from your face. Steaming may open your pores and reduce the appearance of blackheads and will soften the sebum/dead skin cells that fill out the pores and form blackheads. 
How to use- Take a large bowl and fill it with hot water then steam your face by covering yourself with a tower. Stay ideal for 7-10 minutes and then scrub your face with baking soda as mentioned in point one and take a multani mitti (fuller’s earth) and apply for 20 minutes and wash it off. Do this once a week.

  2. Blackheads are just pimples that don’t have skin over them. That’s all they are. Because there’s no skin, and they’re exposed to the air, the top layer of gunk in your pores oxidizes and turns that darkish black color.

    -Glycolic Acid
    -Honey
