How to get rid of body odor

Body odor is one of the most the biggest problem in the world. You feel embarrassing to stand near others. Where it’s a natural and healthy to sweat, but nobody likes to smell all day. At this point everybody worriers about their body odor as well as to the person who is standing next to you. Strong and unpleasant odor emanates from the body when it sweat glands are overactive. But it is not sweat that cause body odor. It smells because the unpleasant odor occurs when sweat mixes with bacteria. The bacterial that cause odor grow quickly in a warm, moist environment.
Some offensive body odor include poor hygiene, nutrients, gastrointestinal problems such as chronic constipation, underlying medical problems like genetic metabolic disorder, diabetes or liver diseases. The symptoms include weight loss, sweating, cold hands and night sweats.


There are natural home remedies to get away from your body odor, just follow the remedies that suits you.
1)Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar can be considered as one of the most useful and helpful home remedies in the world or we can say as it as a wonder remedy. It is a powerful bacterial-fighting ingredients. It helps to eliminate the body odor by balancing the pH level on your skin.It helps to get rid of body smell and makes you fresh and healthy.
How to use- Just mix the vinegar with the water and pour to your body after taking a bath. Or take a cotton in ACV and then rub it to your underarms. Wait for 3-4 minutes and then take a shower. Follow the remedies twice a day to get an effective result.

2)Baking soda
To cure underarm odor it is also one of the most effective home remedy. Baking soda helps to absorb moisture from the skin and it absorbs sweat and reduce your body odor. It kills bacteria naturally and works like a natural deodorant.
How to use- Take a table spoon of baking soda and mix it with lemon juice for best result and rub it in the area where most sweat occurs and also in underarms and take a shower with cold water. Repeat the process atleast 3 times a week.

3)Lemon juice
Lemon is one of the most use home remedies, it is use for hair and for skin mostly. It is also one of the great treatment for body odor. It helps to change the skins pH level and it is a rich acidic property that makes or turn the bacteria difficult for odor-producing bacteria to survive.It helps to cure bacteria that makes the body odor.
How to use- Take a lemon juice and rub it gently by putting the juice on the towel and rub it on the underarms to remove a bad smell and leave it for 10 minutes and take a shower.

4)Sage
Sage herb that helps to reduce sweat gland and helps to prevent antibacterial agent from thriving on your skin. It can be used to combat body odor, it is delightfully fragrant herb. It helps to eliminate the body odor and reduce the activity on sweat gland by making a less sweat. Sage has aromatic compound camphor and volatile oils like diosmetin, apigenin, rosmarinic acid and apigenin.
How to use- Take a sage essential oil and mix it with water take a shower. The second option is that, apply a sage oil and apply it to a underarm or pulse points.

5)Tomatoes juice
Tomato is a natural antiseptic and it kills an extensive range of bacteria. In ancient times, Ayurveda, has used as a remedy for body odor. It is recommended to use as a juice in bath water. Modern herbalists even recommend to drink a tomato juice at least three times a day to get rid of body odor.
How to use- Add tomato juice into a bucket and mixed it with a water and take a bath to it. Follow this method atleast 2 a week.
